USA Sales Support Executive

Our products aren’t simply free from gluten and wheat, but are also free from all major allergens, and taste just as good as conventional bread products. A list of what is not included in our products is almost as impressive as what is!   • Coordinate samples of BFree products for new and existing customers
  • Manage FedEx relationship and control postage, samples etc. within budget
  • Managing customer and consumer inbound calls and direct communication to the correct representative in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate new line form management and submission for new items and new customers
  • Become an expert in various customer software systems such as One World Sync, Retail Link etc. to be able to provide valuable information to the team where needed
  • Facilities management – required for managing the day to day of the office
  • Provide sales reports and support on a regular basis for the sales team where needed
  • Work with brokers for performance reports on the business
  • Use Nielsen data to prepare reports on category and brand performance in the US
  • Coordinate and manage RangeMe which is an online platform for showcasing new items and securing new customers
  • Attend business meetings and events for showcasing the brand if required


  • Fully proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 2 years overall experience in the food industry
  • Demonstrated success with trend analysis, market monitoring, and measuring results
  • Must be highly analytical, an astute problem solver, and business savvy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Retail Link and One World Sync preferred
