St Patricks Day Breakfast

Happy St. Patrick's Day from all of us at BFree! Why not start off the day with a festive feast for breakfast, gluten free style

METHOD

  1. Poach 2 eggs.
  2. Slice the black pudding into thin pieces and cook on the grill, mash when cooked. 
  3. Mash the avocado.
  4. Toast the BFree loaf, top with the mashed black pudding, then the avocado and top the mixture with a soft pouched egg and a sprinkle of salt.
  5. Serve with rocket.
