Garlic and Coriander Naan Pizza

Hearty butternut squash is often roasted and used as a seasonal dish, but a whole one might be too much for a single meal. These deliciously healthy quesadillas are a great way to use the leftovers!

Ingredients
- 2 packets BFree Pizza bases
- 60g butter or vegan alternative
- 2 fat garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 handful coriander finely chopped
- 1 tbs black mustard seeds
Method
In a small saucepan add the butter and coriander and heat gentle until the butter has melted and bubbling a little. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Heat a griddle pan until very hot.
Place one pizza base at a time in the dry pan and cook for a few minutes each side until charred a little and the bases are soft in the middle and hot.
You can also cook the bases in the oven, under the grill or in a regular frying pan.
Still the coriander through the warm butter, when the pizza bases are ready brush on the garlicky coriander butter and sprinkle with onion seeds.
Serve with your favourite Indian foods or dips.
