The visual really differentiates these giving them a homemade appearance with an Italian-style wrapping. The icing is topped with orange marmalade strips which is a lovely detail. The sponge itself is very good; moist and with a nice nutty texture texture from the sunflower seeds. Not too sweet and an interesting flavour profile. A good list of ingredients – including lemon peel, marmalade and spices.
