Back to School Peanut Butter and Jam Rocket Kebabs

    Serves 1-2 makes 4 skewers

    • 4 slices of BFree White Sourdough Loaf
    • 2-3 heaped tbs peanut butter or a nut free alternative
    • 2 tbs favourite jam
    • 4 big strawberries cut in half
    • ยฝ banana sliced
    • Prep 5-10 minutes



    Spread 2 slices of BFree White Sourdough Loaf with Peanut Butter or a nut free alternative.


    Spread a further 2 slices of the loaf with jam and sandwich together.


    Using small shaped cookie cutters cut 4-5 small shapes from each slice. Try not to waste the trimmings, the chefs treat!


    Skewer the bottom half of the strawberry, followed by a sandwich, a slice of banana, another sandwich, another banana slice and the top of the strawberry. Repeat with the remaining 3 skewers.


    Add to the lunchbox along with other healthy snacks.
