As a result of being diagnosed with Hashimotos years ago I strictly eat gluten free products. In my experience it seems if they’re gluten free, they’re VERY high in carb’s due to the amount of starches in the ingredient list or the carb count is low but the texture and flavour suffers. I just bought your high protein wraps and not only are they GF, low carb, great consistency, able to hold contents of a sandwich in them but they’re very tasty. I am beyond excited to have discovered these!
