DESCRIPTION:
The BFree Foods- “TRAVEL WELL AND EAT HAPPY” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) will award one winner a prize package that includes a two night stay at The Inn Berlin (valued at $650) and ($800 travel voucher). The runner up will receive a year’s supply of BFree Products (valued at $200).
The two night stay at The Inn Berlin and travel voucher must be redeemed by June 1, 2025
ELIGIBILITY:
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding its territories and possessions, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where otherwise taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Officers, directors and employees of the Party, their parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates; individuals or entities responsible for the development, printing, distribution, and implementation of this Giveaway; and individuals who are employees of or members of the immediate family or household, whether or not related, of any of the foregoing (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not eligible to enter to win. Giveaway is subject to all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
The Giveaway Entry Period (the “Entry Period”) will begin on May 1, 2024, at 10:00AM Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and will end on May 31, 2024, at 11:59PM EDT. To be eligible, all entries must be received by May 31, 2024, at 11:59PM EDT.

Party is not responsible for any loss of or damage to physical prize packages during shipping.
Party is not responsible if Winners do not receive email notification due to spam filters or any technical issues with the Winners’ email addresses.
Prize winners will be required to confirm their mailing address within seven (7) days of notification attempts or the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be contacted without further notice. Return of Prize notification as undeliverable, or if notification is not returned in a timely manner, may result in disqualification and alternate selection.

Only Entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period and which are otherwise fully compliant with these Official Rules are “Valid Entries.” Limit one (1) Entry per person (not including “Bonus Entries,” as described below), per e-mail address. Entrants may enter the Giveaway using one (1) valid name or e-mail address only. In the event of a dispute involving Entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account, the Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Giveaway at the time of entry. The authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by the relevant Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address and he/she must fully comply with these Official Rules. Entries from any person, email address, or household in excess of the above-stated entry limit are prohibited and will void all Entries by that Entrant. Entrants expressly agree to assume the risk of lost, late, incomplete, garbled, damaged, delayed, illegible, stolen, undelivered or misdirected Entries and acknowledge that Released Parties are not responsible for such Entries.
Entry Guidelines:
All Giveaway participants must adhere to the following:
- All participants must complete either the online entry form or submit by mail the answers to the questions from the entry form on the Website.
- All participants must confirm that they are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a legal resident of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding its territories and possessions.
- All participants must provide a valid email address.
Winners will be selected via a random drawing executed by the Party. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/email address (not including “Bonus Entries,” as described below). Additional entries per person/email address, excluding “Bonus Entries” will not be acknowledged. The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
Bonus Entries: Each person who submits an entry to the Sweepstakes will have the opportunity to obtain additional entries by performing listed social actions. For each action performed, the user will receive the allotted amount of bonus entries listed below.

1 additional entry for liking BFreeFoods USA on Facebook
Entrants can receive a total of 5 additional entries by completing all bonus entry actions.
Selection of Winners:
On or about June 5th, 2024, the Parties will select one grand prize Winner and one second place winner from all valid Entries, using a randomized selection tool. The Parties will determine at its sole discretion which Entries are deemed valid.
Winners Notification:
Winners will be notified by email on or about June 5th, 2024 (“Prize Notification”) to the email address provided on the entry. Parties are not responsible if participants’ email address is no longer valid at the time of notification. If prize packages are returned as undeliverable, it will result in disqualification. Party is not responsible for unsuccessful efforts to notify any potential winner under the “Prizes” section.
Prizes:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall receive the following prize package (the “Prize”):
Two night stay at The Inn Berlin (valued at $650) and a travel voucher (valued at $800). The runner up will receive a year’s supply of BFree Products (valued at $200).
Any costs, expenses or incidentals associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the responsibility of the Winner, including, without limitation, all Federal, state, local, and income taxes.
General Prize Conditions:
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Party. No transfers, cash redemption, or substitutions are permitted, except that Party reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value in their sole and absolute discretion. Prize award is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Any and all Federal, state and local taxes on Prizes, and any other costs, fees and expenses not explicitly stated herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
General:
By participating, all Entrants warrant and represent that they have complied in full with these Official Rules, including but not limited to all eligibility requirements, and further agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Party, which are final and binding in all respects. Mass Entries or Entries generated automatically or robotically, or by a script, macro or use of any automated or mechanical device(s) or practices, or any other means which subvert the entry process are void.
The Party, their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions and/or advertising or giveaway agencies, individuals or entities responsible for the development, printing, distribution and implementation of this Giveaway, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors and agents, including Sponsor (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for (i) technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, mechanical, typographical, printing, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or errors of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Released Parties; (ii) hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, cellular towers, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled, scrambled, delayed or faulty data transmission entries; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted e-mail transmissions; inaccessibility of the Website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or the Website; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Giveaway, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Giveaway, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Giveaway; or (iii) any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from entering or otherwise participating in the Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of a Website.
Released Parties are also not responsible for any other errors in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or problems in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of Entries, uploading of any Entry, the announcement of the Winners or typographical, printing or other errors in these Official Rules or in any Giveaway-related materials. Entrants agree to release the Released Parties from and against any and all claims in connection with Parties’ selection of the Winners. Parties reserve the right to withdraw and terminate, or modify, the administration of the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted, if a computer virus or system malfunction impairs its ability to conduct the Giveaway, or if the online entry method otherwise becomes impossible, impractical, infeasible for any other reason. If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Parties reserves the right, at their sole discretion to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway.
By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, expenses, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever caused or contributed to by: (i) entering or participating in the Giveaway (including any claims of third parties alleging infringement, rights of publicity, rights of privacy or defamation or other intellectual property rights); (ii) the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize.
By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the social media and digital platforms on which the Giveaway was promoted, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X / Twitter, Meta, Threads, Pinterest, and any other third-party platform on which the Parties choose to promote the Giveaway, from and against any and all claims, demands, expenses, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever caused or contributed to by: (i) entering or participating in the Giveaway (including any claims of third parties alleging infringement, rights of publicity, rights of privacy or defamation or other intellectual property rights); (ii) the acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize.
Parties acknowledge that the Giveaway is in no way sponsored by, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X / Twitter, Meta, Threads, Pinterest, or any other third-party platform on which the Parties choose to promote the Giveaway.
Legal Warning:
Any attempt by an individual, whether or not an Entrant, to deliberately damage, destroy, tamper with or vandalize this Website or interfere with the legitimate operation of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Parties reserve the right to seek damages and to diligently pursue all remedies (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) against any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Interpretation:
The giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. By participating, Entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Giveaway shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Pennsylvania, U.S.A. The Pennsylvania courts (State and Federal) shall have sole jurisdiction of any controversies regarding the Giveaway and the laws of the State of Pennsylvania shall govern the Giveaway. Each Entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts and hereby submits to the jurisdiction of these courts.
Unsubscribe:
The Parties share your concerns about the privacy of your personal information. By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to receive email communications relevant to the Giveaway, marketing materials, communications and other materials from the Parties. An Entrant not interested in receiving future communications should email [email protected] to notify Parties that he or she does not desire to receive future communications.
Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, or the prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at a AAA regional office in Pennsylvania; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages including attorney’s fees or any other damages, other than for entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Giveaway), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
Releases: By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to release Sponsor and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Giveaway and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Giveaway and/or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
OTHER: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, undelivered, garbled or misdirected entries or registrations; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Giveaway-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or downloading materials from or use of the website. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this Giveaway if the Giveaway is compromised by virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention, epidemic, pandemic, or any other causes which, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, proper play or integrity of the Giveaway. In the event of cancellation or termination, Sponsor reserves the right to select the potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received and combined prior to date of cancellation or termination. In the event of a dispute regarding online entry, entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account associated with the entry and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.
