What’s so special about Sicilian lemons?
Our gluten free lemon tart is made with Sicilian lemons, that thrive in the sun-drenched Mediterranean climate of Sicily. The land provides sunny, hot days and cold nights, coupled with volcanic soil, giving Sicilian lemons a unique sweetness and taste that can’t be found anywhere else in the world.

So exciting to find a gf carrot cake with no nuts! Perfectly spiced, moist and you the cream perfectly complements the sponge. Gluten eaters couldn’t tell that this was gluten free!
