So Live Free & Eat Happy!

3 BFree Tortilla Wraps

6 vegan sausages of choice

3 heaped tbs sundried tomato paste

2 tbs light oil

1 tbs sesame seeds

1

Pre-heat the oven to 320 FH and line a baking tray with parchment.

2

Remove sausages from their skins if they have any, and place into a bowl with the sundried tomato paste. Mash together with a fork and set aside.

3

Take 3 wraps and divide the sausage mix between them in a long sausage shape, just off centre.

4

Using a brush or your fingers run a little oil over the outer edge to help seal the sausage rolls.

5

Roll them up tightly and cut off and little end bits. Cut each one in half and then half again so you have 4 sausage rolls per wrap.

6

Place them on the lined baking tray and brush with the remaining oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

7

Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the sausages are cooked and tortilla crisp.

8

Remove from the oven and allow to cool a little before eating, they are delicious dipped in ketchup or hot mustard.

I just tried the new BFree Oat Loaf and was so pleasantly surprised. It is the first bread I have had in the 10 years of being Celiac that actually taste like real bread. The crust is tender and the chew is very nice. I ate a turkey sandwich without toasting or warming it. This bread is amazing. Then I tried it as toast with butter and was just as happy. This is my new favorite bread. It’s actually my favorite bread because other breads have only been tolerable 😄

Just wanted to say how much we love BFree products in our household. Having celiacs, and finding amazing products that make everyone happy has been so wonderful. We recently tried your sourdough and we were so impressed. Cannot wait to try more new products you have!

They’re expensive, but taste very good. My son is allergic to a lot of stuff and he loves these. I tried them and they’re really good, given that they are free from most common allergens.

Hooray for gluten-free and egg-free bagels! I was thrilled to find gluten free bread that does not contain egg or egg whites. These bagels are very good. I will definitely buy again!
