  1. Scramble the eggs in a small pan.
  2. Microwave 1 BFree quinoa and Chia seed wrap for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the scrambled eggs to the wrap.
  4. Add the guacamole, salsa and fold up the wrap. Half and serve.
