Vegan stuffing with cranberry, thyme and pine nuts

Method:

In a saucepan, fry the onions and garlic in the olive oil until soft.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the breadcrumbs, cranberries, thyme, orange zest, pine nuts and salt and pepper

Spread it out flat on a baking tray, drizzle with a small amount of olive oil and bake until golden, about 20-30 minutes at 180°C
