So Live Free & Eat Happy!

Serves 2

2 BFree Panini Rolls

2 eggs

125ml whole milk

1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

2 tbs maple syrup

½ tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch sea salt

Cinnamon Sugar

50g caster sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

To serve

Maple syrup

Berries of choice

Yogurt of choice

1

In a medium bowl mix together the eggs, milk, maple, vanilla, cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt. Whisk until combine and pour into a shallow baking dish.

2

Cut each panini into 3 length ways and place into the baking dish to soak up the egg mix. Rotate the panini sticks  so all sides absorb the egg mix.

3

In a small bowl combine the sugar and cinnamon and spread onto a plate. Set aside.

4

Heat an air fryer to 338°F OR a non stick pan with butter/oil of your choice.

5

Once the panini sticks have absorbed most of the egg mixture, place in the air fryer or cook in batches on the pan, turning often until lightly cooked through and crisp and golden on the outside.

6

Once ready, toss in the cinnamon sugar and serve with lashings of maple syrup, berries of choice, and a dollop of yogurt on the side.

I just tried the new BFree Oat Loaf and was so pleasantly surprised. It is the first bread I have had in the 10 years of being Celiac that actually taste like real bread. The crust is tender and the chew is very nice. I ate a turkey sandwich without toasting or warming it. This bread is amazing. Then I tried it as toast with butter and was just as happy. This is my new favorite bread. It’s actually my favorite bread because other breads have only been tolerable 😄

Just wanted to say how much we love BFree products in our household. Having celiacs, and finding amazing products that make everyone happy has been so wonderful. We recently tried your sourdough and we were so impressed. Cannot wait to try more new products you have!

They’re expensive, but taste very good. My son is allergic to a lot of stuff and he loves these. I tried them and they’re really good, given that they are free from most common allergens.

Hooray for gluten-free and egg-free bagels! I was thrilled to find gluten free bread that does not contain egg or egg whites. These bagels are very good. I will definitely buy again!
