Spooky Nachos & Guacamole

  • 1 Pack BFree Sweet Potato Wraps
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Sea salt
  • For the Guacamole:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • Juice 1 lime
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large tomato, finely diced
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander

Preheat the oven to 170 °C

Using a stencil or cookie cutter, cut the Sweet Potato Wraps into shapes.

Brush with olive oil/spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle with sea salt.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside.

To make the guacamole, mash the avocado and stir in the remaining ingredients.

Your spooky treat is ready to serve!

I have celiac and blood sugar issues so I eat a very high protein, low carb, and gluten free diet. These wraps are delicious and they don’t spike my blood sugar!!
