For the Sandwich
- 4 slices BFree Sliced White Loaf
- 2 tbs Vegan mayonnaise
- 100g hummus
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp Aleppo or regular chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper
- 1 avocado sliced
- 8 cucumber slices
- Salad cress
- Rocket (optional)
Our ultimate green goddess sandwich is filled with the perfect amount of nutrients to keep you satisfied after every bite. Topped with chilli flakes to give it a complimentary kick to the avocado and rocket filling, it’s our favourite go-to lunch.
Method

Spread the mayo onto 2 slices of bread.

Slather the hummus onto the remaining 2 slices.

Sprinkle chilli flakes onto one side and sesame seeds onto the other.

Layer up the avocado and season with salt and pepper.

Top with cucumber slices and salad cress. Add rocket if using.

Close the sandwich slice in half and devour immediately.
