High Protein Wrap Burritos

Red Roasted Pepper & Black Bean Filling

2 red or yellow peppers sliced

1 red onion

1 tin black beans drained and rinsed

1 tbs smoked paprika

2 tbs ground cumin

1 garlic clove finely grated

1 tsp sea salt

Freshly ground black pepper

2 tbs light oil


Quick Pink Pickled Onions

1 red onion thinly sliced

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 lemon juiced


To Serve

1 packet BFree High Protein Wraps

Pink pickled onions

Sliced avocados


Fresh coriander leaves

Lime wedges

Sliced jalapenos


Pre heat the oven to 180℃ Fan.


In a small bowl add the ingredients for the pink pickled onions, scrunch together with your hands and set aside.


In a lined baking tray, add all the ingredients for the filling, stir to combine and add to pre-heated oven. Cook for about 30 minutes stirring halfway.


Whilst the filling is roasting, prepare your other fillings


When you are ready to serve, place you fillings in the wraps, tuck in each end and roll. Wrap each burrito in foil and place in the warm oven while you prepare the remaining wraps.


Cut in half and eat immediately

With some of the gluten free pittas you just end up as a piece of flat bread. These ones actually puff up in the toaster and act just like the normal gluteny ones. We buy them all the time, they’re great.


As a lover of all things pita bread and pita chips I was blown away by the taste and texture of Bfree pitas! I have tried so many BFree products and they are all so good. My personal favorite is the Pita Bread. It is such a unique bread for being gluten free and I have never seen another brand make the same. It tastes incredible I love them. Thank you for creating such amazing gluten free breads!


A perfectly gooey brownie slice! The salted caramel wasn’t super obvious, but an absolutely delicious gluten free brownie nonetheless!
